Our production facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and advanced technologies to support high-quality, efficient, and large-scale manufacturing. We operate more than 50 automatic quilting machines, including 360-degree and laser-controlled units, ensuring precision and consistency in outerwear construction.

The factory also houses 11 high-efficiency down filling machines, capable of handling various fill weights and materials with minimal loss and maximum control.

To support our high standards in garment structure and performance, we utilize 24 H&H glue pressing machines and 6 H&H hot and cold pressing machines, enabling us to work with complex bonding and lamination processes across a variety of fabrics and finishes. Our capabilities further include 3 advanced laser cutting machines for exacting cuts and reduced material waste, as well as 2 fabric inspection machines that ensure quality and consistency from the outset of production.

For detailed finishing work, we maintain 6 automatic buttonhole machines for precision trimming and closure applications, and 2 high-accuracy template cutting machines to support pattern integrity and scalability. The facility is supported by over 1,000 industrial-grade sewing machines and specialized equipment, allowing us to manage a wide range of garment types and finishes across both lightweight and heavy-duty materials.
